Privacy policy
This document explains what personal data the alblogistics.pl website collects, for what purpose and on what legal basis we process it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It fulfils the information obligation under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is ALB Logistics Sp. z o.o., ul. Mackiewicza 1, 40-315 Katowice, Poland.
For any matter concerning personal data, write to [email protected] or call +48 607 030 885.
What data we collect
The contact form — on the Contact page and on our campaign landing pages — is the only place where this website collects personal data. Through it you provide us with:
- your first and last name,
- your email address,
- your phone number,
- optionally: your company name and the service your enquiry concerns,
- the content of your message.
Together with the form we store campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium,
utm_campaign) if you reached us from an advertisement. They are used solely to
establish where the enquiry came from and do not identify you on their own.
While the form is being submitted, our server processes the sender’s IP address — in memory only and solely to limit the number of submissions from a single source (spam protection). The IP address is not stored together with the content of the enquiry.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name, email address, phone number and message we will not be able to answer your enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and taking steps prior to entering into a contract (preparing an offer, agreeing the terms of cooperation) — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Business contact, pursuing and defending against claims, and protecting the website against abuse (submission limits, bot filter) — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the controller.
We do not profile you and we do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
How long we keep your data
We keep the correspondence from the form for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and then until any potential claims become time-barred — as a rule 3 years. If the enquiry leads to cooperation, data related to the contract is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law (5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline fell).
Who we share the data with
The message from the form is delivered to the ALB Logistics company mailbox. The recipients of the data are our service providers, acting as processors under data processing agreements:
- Resend — the transactional email provider that delivers the form message to our mailbox,
- Hetzner — the provider of the server infrastructure the website runs on,
- the provider of our company email.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes. Some providers (including Resend) are established outside the European Economic Area — in that case the transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete,
- have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to learn how many people visit individual pages and which content leads them to contact us.
- Controller: ALB Logistics Sp. z o.o. (contact details above).
- Purpose: website traffic statistics — page views, traffic sources and transitions between the group’s domains.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; for storage on your device — Art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Act). We collect consent through the banner shown on your first visit.
- Before you consent, we load no Google code at all. The Google Analytics script is not part of the page — we add it only after you click “Accept”. Until then your browser makes no analytics connection to Google servers and no analytics cookie is created on your device.
- IP anonymisation: your IP address is truncated and is not used by us to identify individuals.
- Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (including to the USA) based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.
- Withdrawing consent: at any time — clear this site’s data (cookies and local storage) in your browser settings. On your next visit the banner will appear again and you can choose “Reject”. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
A single measurement ID covers all Motiva group domains (alblogistics.pl, eurocargoline.com, motivagroup.pl, motivasolutions.pl, mteamlogistics.com) — so moving between them counts as one visit rather than several separate ones.
We do not use cookies to track you for marketing purposes and we do not carry out advertising profiling.
Cookies and embedded content
alblogistics.pl is a static website: apart from the analytics described above, which runs only after your consent, we do not set our own cookies. Typefaces are hosted on our own server, so displaying a page does not require any connection to external font providers. Your choice from the consent banner is stored in the browser’s local storage (not in a cookie) so that we do not ask again on every visit.
The exception is the Google Maps map embedded on the Contact page. Displaying it makes your browser connect to Google servers, which may involve cookies being stored and your IP address being processed by Google under the terms described in the Google privacy policy. If you do not want this connection, block third-party frames in your browser settings or do not open the Contact page.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever the way we process data on the website changes. Last updated: 26 August 2026.
